HDS runs the whole sequence: you schedule the delivery, the pickup details are confirmed, a driver collects and verifies the order, it is secured for transport, it travels to the destination, it is handed over in person, and the delivery is tracked and confirmed at the end.
Because deliveries are scheduled in advance rather than dispatched on demand, the timing is settled before the kitchen starts plating. That is the difference that matters for catering: the restaurant knows when the driver is coming, and the customer knows when the food is arriving.

Book through the HDS portal with your pickup restaurant, delivery destination, requested pickup and delivery times, order details and any delivery instructions.
Deliveries are scheduled in advance rather than dispatched on demand, so the timing is agreed before anyone gets in a vehicle.
We Pick Up
Your driver arrives at the restaurant at the scheduled time, receives and verifies the order, and secures it in professional thermal transport equipment.
Nothing travels loose in the back of a car. Catering orders are loaded so they arrive in the condition the kitchen sent them.
We Deliver
The order travels to your customer, office or event and is handed over in person by a driver representing your brand — with assistance setting out a catering order where that applies.
The handoff is the part customers remember, so it is treated as part of the service rather than the end of a trip.
Tracking & Confirmation
Follow the delivery status from pickup through completion, and receive confirmation once the order has been delivered.
